Summer Song

Hi! I’m Summer, a Grade 12 student at Crofton House School. In my free time, I enjoy reading and spending time outdoors. I care about keeping Vancouver’s natural spaces clean and beautiful, and I enjoy contributing to environmental initiatives such as Greenway cleanups. I hope to help make the community a greener and more enjoyable place for everyone.

Tony Guo

Hi! I’m Tony, a Grade 9 student at Prince of Wales Secondary School. I have participated in around 40 community cleanups and enjoy helping keep local public spaces clean. I hope these efforts can also encourage others to be more mindful about littering. Cleanups also give me more time outdoors and are a great way to stay active while contributing to the community.

Chris Tan

Hello, I’m Chris, a Grade 10 student at Point Grey Secondary School. I enjoy being involved in my community and spending time outdoors. Through the Greenway Sustainability Foundation, I hope to help reduce litter and keep local green spaces clean and enjoyable for everyone.

GREENWAY BENCH RESTORATION

In June, our team restored nine benches along the Arbutus Greenway by thoroughly cleaning away dirt, residue, and buildup to improve their appearance and keep the space welcoming for the community.
